The Lord of the Rings Symphony


A musical journey into the realm of Middle Earth featuring over 200 musicians and singers.
The CSO performs "The Lord of the Rings Symphony," composer Howard Shore’s
music from the celebrated film trilogy. The multimedia presentation features original
illustrations and storyboard sketches by artists Alan Lee and John Howe projected
on a screen above the orchestra as The Lord of the Rings story unfolds through the
six-movement, 2-hour musical work.
